About the Author
Dr. Jeanne Anne Craig is a developmental psychologist
with a passion for helping people develop emotional
intelligence. She holds graduate degrees in educational
psychology, organizational systems and human development.
She has been a school psychologist and a psychotherapist.
Currently she is a speaker and trainer, delivering keynote
addresses and conducting training in both public and
private sectors. She lives with her husband in the Seattle
area.
